- Do not share your password, sign-in codes, or session with anyone else, including colleagues, contractors, or family.
- Do not use this system from unmanaged or public devices unless your employer has expressly permitted it.
- Use of this system may be logged, audited, and investigated. Breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension of access, internal disciplinary action, and referral to the authorities.
